French soccer star Franck Ribery admitted to having sex with a 17-year-old prostitute, sources tell the Guardian. Ribery, who has been called “the jewel of French football” by none other than soccer legend (and infamous World Cup head butter) Zinedine Zidane, claims that he did not know the teenager was underage when they slept together.

You know I tend to believe this guy. I don’t think he knew the girl was under 18 yrs. old. I would be more likely to think that she knew who he was, and visions of beign with someone rich and famous, especially the way Europeans look at Soccer, and she didn’t tell him the truth. Frank is 27yrs old. He’s really still almost a kid. Yes it’s on the outside of the box but still many would consider him still a kid, and she’s probably all made up to look older. It’s an honest mistake, THIS TIME.
I would give him a pass, THIS TIME, ONLY. By the way, I’m a mom, and have a daughter and very strict so don’t go thinking that I don’t care about this sort of thing, because I do. But the girl, if she was with him and not forced, I would consider is probably sexually active, so she is to blame here also.
